Marine vinyl primer, 1-component, SOLUBLE, formulated as an active anti-rust with aluminum pigments. Quick drying. It provides very good anti-rust properties. Lead and Chromium free. Provides very good resistance to immersion in sea water. It does not show “saponification”. It is used in ships’ Isalas as the primer of self-cleaning Surface Paints.
